What is NaazGlow?

NaazGlow is a Pakistani skincare brand dedicated to providing 100% organic, chemical-free skincare solutions. Our products, including our handcrafted facial soaps, are formulated with natural ingredients to address common skin concerns like acne, skin brightening, and dark circles gently and effectively.

Are NaazGlow products 100% organic?

Yes. All our soaps and skincare products are made with pure, natural, and organic ingredients. They contain no harmful chemicals, parabens, sulphates, or artificial harsh agents.

Are your products safe for all skin types?

Our products are formulated to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. However, because natural organic ingredients can still interact differently with individual skin chemistries, we always recommend conducting a patch test before full facial application.

How do I perform a patch test?

Apply a small amount of product lather to a small area of skin on your inner arm or jawline. Leave it on for 1 to 2 minutes, rinse thoroughly, and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, the product is safe for you to use.

How do I place an order on naazglow.pk?

Select your desired organic products, click Add to Cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address and contact details, choose Cash on Delivery (COD), and click Complete Order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across all major cities and towns in Pakistan. You pay in cash directly to the courier representative when your parcel arrives.

How long will delivery take?

• Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 4 business days.

• Other Cities and Rural Locations: 3 to 6 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification with your order tracking link to follow your delivery status in real time.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or modified prior to dispatch. To request a cancellation before dispatch, please call or WhatsApp us immediately at 03039962163. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to hygiene and personal care safety standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your parcel arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone at 03039962163 or email us at naazglow7@gmail.com with clear photos of the damaged item and outer packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra charge.

How should I store my organic facial soaps?

To extend the life of your organic soap, keep it in a dry, well-drained soap dish between uses. Avoid leaving the soap sitting in pooled water, as natural soaps soften faster without synthetic hardeners.
