Shipping policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders across Pakistan.

• Please ensure your full contact number and correct delivery address are provided at checkout.

• Before dispatch, our team may contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your order details. Unverified orders will not be dispatched.

• Please keep the exact cash amount ready at the time of delivery to hand over to the courier representative.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We periodically offer promotional Free Shipping on orders meeting specific order thresholds as highlighted on our website banner.

Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to view real-time updates on your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

The courier representative will make up to two delivery attempts at your provided address. If you are unavailable to receive the package or if the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to our dispatch center.

To prevent delivery failures, please ensure someone is available at the address to receive the parcel and make the cash payment.
